The Overview

Grounded to Glow is a small-group, trauma-informed program designed to guide you from safety and self-awareness to embodied confidence, joy, and personal empowerment. Over 12 weeks, you will explore your body, emotions, and inner landscape through a combination of weekly group sessions, personalised 1:1 somatic work, reflective workbooks, and guest expert teachings.

The program includes:

  • 10 live group sessions (60–90 minutes each)
  • 2 private 1:1 somatic sessions per participant
  • Guided workbooks each week with reflection and integration exercises (time commitment 2-3 hours per week)
  • 2 expert guest sessions to expand your learning and embodiment practice
  • Ongoing support through workbook feedback and weekly touch-points

Part 1: Finding Your Roots |Building safety and belonging in the body.

A gentle homecoming to your body. A month to root into safety, slow down, and rediscover presence. Through small, steady practices, you’ll learn the language of your body and begin to trust its rhythm once again. This first month is about finding your anchor, returning home to safety within your own body. Together we’ll explore the sensations, emotions, and signals that arise, meeting them with care, curiosity, and compassion. This month lays the foundation, cultivating a sense of groundedness that will support not only this program, but the way you move through life.

Module 1 | Presence “meeting what is here
This module invites you to slow down and come home to yourself.
Through somatic practices, reflections, and gentle presence, you’ll begin to notice emotions, sensations, and states of being without judgment. Here, healing isn’t about fixing, it’s about listening to your body, meeting what is here with care, and building the foundation for safety, self-trust, and embodied awareness.

Week 2 | Befriending you Inner Landscape
This week we gently explore your inner world and begin befriending the different states of your nervous system with curiosity and compassion. Rather than trying to fix or change what you feel, you’ll learn to recognise how your body adapts to protect you, and how each state, whether calm, activated, or shut down, carries its own wisdom. Through simple nervous system education and guided reflection, you’ll start meeting yourself more fully, creating moments of safety and regulation, and discovering that your body is not working against you, but deeply and intelligently on your side.

Week 3 | Embodied Listening
Teaching you to tune into your body’s signals with curiosity and care. Through simple practices, you’ll learn to notice what your body needs; rest, movement, connection, or presence and respond in ways that support your wellbeing. By listening from the body up, rather than the mind down, you cultivate safety, emotional regulation, and self-compassion in everyday life.

Module 4 | Resourcing and Remembering with Krystal Ryan
Slip into a different type of mind, that’s belonging in and birthed from the body of the earth. By contacting these grounding places within and around us, it offers us the fertile soil to cook the material in which we are being presented / challenged / courted with. From resource, we can remember.

Module 2: Turning Inwards | Meeting the inner world with compassion.

With safety as your ground, you begin to turn inward, to listen to the stories held beneath the surface. This month is about tender exploration: understanding attachment, meeting our parts, and learning to hold all parts of yourself with care. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, at a pace that honours your nervous system and capacity. You’ll also receive two 60–90 minute 1:1 sessions (the length guided by your own tolerance) to explore your inner landscape on a deeper, more personalised level.

Week 5 | Understanding Attachment and Cultivating Relationships You Want
This module explores how early relational experiences shape the way we connect with others and with ourselves. Through a nervous system and somatic lens, you’ll learn about attachment patterns, how they can show up in adult relationships, and how to begin building greater safety, awareness, and security in connection. Through guided reflections and body-based exercises, you’ll start identifying relational patterns and take small, supportive steps toward creating the relationships you want.

Week 6 | Integration & 1:1 Somatic Session (no group call)

Week 7 | Parts Work
Gently introducing parts work, helping you understand the different aspects of yourself that show up in daily life, from protective patterns to younger, more vulnerable parts. Through simple, somatic-based practices and reflection, you’ll begin building a compassionate relationship with your inner world. This module is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity, creating space for greater awareness, integration, and self-trust.

Week 8 | Integration & 1:1 Somatic Session (no group call)

Module 3: Integrating & Finding Your Glow | Reconnection, expression, and embodied aliveness.

Integration becomes alchemy, safety and self-compassion take root as confidence and joy. Here you’ll explore boundaries, reconnect with play, and step into embodied expression, allowing your wholeness to guide what comes next. This month is all about integration, bringing together the safety, healing, and self-awareness you’ve cultivated so far.

Week 10 | Reconnecting with Joy & Play with Brogan McCabe
This week invites you to gently reconnect with joy and play through a somatic, trauma-informed approach. Rather than forcing joy, we focus on creating safety in the body so that ease, creativity, and self-expression can naturally arise. Through embodied movement, reflection, and a playful movement workshop, you’ll explore what it feels like to soften, open, and express yourself in a way that feels safe and authentic.

Week 10 | Listening to Your Intuition
Tune into your body’s wisdom and inner guidance, learning to trust and follow your intuition.

Week 11 | Manifestation and Creating the Life You Want
Align your body, mind, and intentions as you begin to envision and call in your future. Through embodiment and intention, you’ll connect with what you truly desire and explore how to bring those dreams into form.

Week 12 | Integration & Embodiment
Celebrate your growth, fully embody your power, and step into life with confidence and radiance.
