Emma Kelly | Physiotherapist and Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner

Emma works with women ready to come home to themselves — to meet their bodies, emotions, and inner world with care, curiosity, and presence. She supports her clients in building embodied awareness, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating wholeness from the inside out.

With nearly 10 years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Emma combines deep knowledge of the body with advanced somatic training, including Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Attachment Therapy, alongside mindfulness, breath-work, yoga, and Pilates. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and guided by presence: creating a safe, supportive space for women to slow down, notice what is here, and gently build trust with themselves.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Physiotherapist – University of Otago, New Zealand (registered in NZ & UK; 10 years experience)
  • Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Attachment Therapy practitioner, trained through The Embody Lab.
  • Mindfulness Teacher, guiding presence, awareness, and resilience
  • Yoga & Pilates Teacher, integrating movement, embodiment, and balance

1:1 ONLINE Somatic Coaching

These sessions offer a space to gently explore your nervous system and develop greater awareness of how it shows up in your everyday life. Using somatic tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and guided meditation, we work together to support regulation, presence, and a deeper connection to your body.

Somatic coaching helps you tune into the subtle cues of your body; your posture, tension, emotions, and sensations, and respond with care and intention. This work can support emotional resilience, reduce stress, and help you feel more grounded and resourced in daily life.

Please note: These sessions are not a substitute for clinical psychological treatment, but can serve as a supportive complement alongside it. These session are available in French or English.

Les saisons en mouvement 🍂

Chaque saison, nous proposons une série de cours de yoga sur un thème différent, pour vous reconnecter à votre corps, votre esprit et le monde qui vous entoure.

Notre cycle actuel, ‘L’hiver en présence ’ est complet. Le prochain cycle de printemps débutera en avril 2026, avec une pratique Vinyasa dynamique adaptée à tous les niveaux.

Ces cycles sont conçus pour être suivis dans leur intégralité, afin de soutenir une progression régulière, physique et mentale.

Des séances privées de Pilates ou Yoga sont également disponibles sur demande.

Grounded to Glow

Grounded to Glow is a 12-week, trauma-informed small-group journey that supports you in moving from safety and self-awareness to embodied confidence, joy, and empowerment. Through live group sessions, personalised somatic work, reflective workbooks, and expert teachings, you’ll explore your body, emotions, and inner world in a safe, nurturing space.

By the end of Grounded to Glow, you’ll feel grounded in your body, connected to your resilience, and ready to carry your glow into everyday life.
