My Story
In my twenties I lived with chronic anxiety, dysregulation, and unprocessed trauma. I spent years in therapy, doing the work, trying to understand myself, and something still wasn’t shifting. I felt like there was something fundamentally wrong with me.
I felt everything deeply but didn’t know how to be with it. So I kept moving, kept running, never fully landing. I never felt at home in my own body.
It was somatic work that changed everything. Not because it fixed me, but because it brought me home. I learned to be with my emotions rather than run from them. To nourish and trust my body rather than fight it. Slowly, gently, I stopped surviving and started living — a life I genuinely love.
I came back to wholeness. And that is what I am here to help you do too.
The Training Behind the Work
I am a registered physiotherapist with nearly 10 years of clinical experience, a trained somatic practitioner with advanced training in trauma-informed somatic therapy, a qualified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher, a Pilates instructor, and have additional study in breathwork and integrative trauma therapy.
This breadth of training allows me to work with the whole person, the body, the nervous system, and the lived experience, in a way that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
