ABOUT ME
I’m Emma, a somatic practitioner and physiotherapist. I support women to reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and feel more grounded and at ease within themselves.
Much of my work is with women who have spent years holding everything together, often living in a constant state of doing, overthinking, or underlying tension. Over time, this can lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of over-functioning or shutdown.
My work supports a shift out of survival mode and into a more regulated, connected way of living.
I bring nearly 10 years of clinical experience as a registered physiotherapist, alongside advanced training in trauma-informed somatic therapy. This allows me to work with both the physical body and the nervous system in an integrated way.
I work in a relational, trauma-informed way, offering a steady and attuned space where you can slow down and begin to listen to your body, building resilience, self-trust, and a more grounded way of being over time.
