The REWILDED Woman

A whisper to the wild woman within, 18th – 22nd of September 2026

This retreat is for women who are ready for rewilding, to meet their WHOLEselves. To discover, to dance, and to find the wild within. It’s an invitation to be with all parts of you, even the parts that you have learned to quiet. Together, we will create space for the becoming, for the woman you’ve always been.

About the Retreat

The REWILDED Woman Retreat is a gentle invitation to meet the woman who is here, right now. To slow down, listen, and move with the rhythms of your own body and spirit. It is a space to explore, to play, and to let your expression emerge naturally, soft, wild, and alive.

Rewilding is about letting nature be as she is, and noticing how this is reflected in us. Like the wind, the river, or the trees, we move in cycles, with energy that ebbs and flows. This retreat is an opportunity to meet yourself with curiosity and playfulness, to explore different parts of who you are, and to weave them into the rhythm of your life.

We move through the seasons as guides, each day offering a new invitation: to notice, to rest, to awaken, to celebrate. Through movement, ritual, journaling, and shared experience, we allow ourselves to flow with the elements, finding fluidity, connection, and presence that extends beyond the retreat into everyday life.

The Seasons as Mirrors

  • Autumn | Gentle Presence: A day to settle into stillness, to notice the woman who is here, and to honour what is already present and to meet her with care.
  • Winter | Hibernation and Restoration: A time to soften, turn inward, and meet quieter or hidden parts of yourself with gentle curiosity.
  • Spring | The Awakening: A day of emergence and playful exploration, inviting creativity, possibility, and lightness.
  • Summer | A Celebration: A day to move, dance, and celebrate the vitality of your body, your spirit, and your presence in the world.

Each season flows into the next, offering a rhythm of exploration, reflection, and celebration, helping you to reconnect with your natural cycles and your own unique flow.

Why I Created These Retreats

I created these retreats because I believe women hold a deep, sacred power. When we come together with intention, we create something truly transformative, a space to be seen, supported, and uplifted. These retreats are a space where women can simply be.
No expectations. No performance. Just presence, softness, and truth.

The Flow

Please note that this flow may change, activities may be altered slightly to allow for space and fluidity within the retreat.

Friday | Settling In
Arrive at the guesthouse and settle into your room. Relax, breathe, and soak in the surroundings. Gather for a relaxed welcome dinner and informal connection with the group.

Saturday | Autumn | A Gentle Presence:
Saturday is about coming into presence. The day begins with a gentle morning yoga and meditation to ground and center. After breakfast, we gather for the Opening Circle, setting intentions, sharing hopes, and tuning into the group energy. The afternoon flows with free time, creative and somatic expression, and journaling to bring awareness to your body and inner landscape. The day closes with yoga nidra, dinner, and a calming sound therapy session.

Sunday | Winter | Hibernation and Restoration
Sunday invites reflection and nurturing. The morning begins with restorative yoga and a silent riverside walk or meditation. After breakfast, practices reconnecting with the inner child are offered, including guided meditation and a self-touch ritual. Lunch is followed by free time for rest or reflection. In the late afternoon, a cacao ceremony and women’s circle offer emotional integration and deep connection. The day ends with dinner and candlelit yin yoga.

Monday | Spring | The Awakening:
Monday symbolizes growth and manifestation. The morning starts with vinyasa yoga and breathwork to awaken energy. After breakfast, we meet our future selves through guided meditation and vision boarding, creating intentions and affirmations for the year ahead. Following lunch, the afternoon unfolds with ecstatic dance and movement, bringing joy and embodied celebration. Dinner and yoga nidra in the evening allow integration of the day’s experiences.

Tuesday | Summer | A Celebration
Tuesday is a day to embody joy. The morning begins with playful, uplifting yoga followed by breakfast. The closing ceremony in the late morning offers space for reflection and sharing, with each woman receiving a word or sentence that captures her journey. A light lunch concludes the retreat, leaving space to integrate, express gratitude, and prepare to return home.

Testimonials

“Emma created a true atmosphere of magic. From the very first meditation session, I was able to create an intention that will guide me for the next few years, if not for life. The following 2 days were spent eating delicious food, connect with my soul and connecting with the soul’s of all the women there. I feel more connected that ever to my purpose. Emma is an excellent guide for a spiritual journey.”

Natalie (previous participant)

“The location and the thoughtful programme provides a tranquil base for a wonderful and rejuvenating weekend. Emma is truly skilled at drawing out from the group, encouraging sharing and creating a strong sense of community. I would highly recommend for any age or experience at yoga and mediation (I had none and enjoyed it all)”

Your Facilitators

Emma Kelly

I am a qualified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher, as well as a Pilates instructor, and a practicing physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I am also a trained somatic practitioner, with additional study in breathwork and integrative trauma therapy.

This is my second year running retreats, and last year it was such a joy and honour to host 16 beautiful souls. I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where people can connect more fully with their story, their body, and their inner wisdom. My approach blends movement, somatic practices, and mindfulness to support presence, self-reflection, and embodied connection, allowing each participant to feel seen, held, and nourished.

Véronique Giard

Practitioner of gentle, natural relaxation, I use ancient techniques drawn from Tibetan Buddhism, sound therapy, and Tibetan medicine.

I first encountered Tibetan Buddhism and lived in a monastery to deepen my meditation practice. I spent five and a half years there, including three years in meditation retreat. To support inner reflection, one of the conditions of this retreat is being closed off from the outside world.

After this experience, I trained in traditional Tibetan massage and then continued my studies in Tibetan medicine.

The singing bowls naturally came into my practice, later complemented by other instruments.

For the past 14 years, I have had the joy of offering both individual and group sessions.
